SALADS ARE ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA

Hey folks.Eating salad almost every day is one of the most healthy habits you can adopt. Adding one in your daily diet can pay off, with plenty of benefits. They are cool, crunchy and fun to eat. You can customise them and include fruits, nuts or vegetables. Today i was inspired by the first day of spring and the sunny happy weather and prepared two salads, to get some extra power before my TRX training.

Fruit salad:
kiwi
bananas
strawberries
pineapple
cranberries
sesame

Quinoa salad:
mixed quinoa (red and white)
avocado
tomatoes
valerian

Dressing with: balsamic cream, honey, lime and salt.
