Wellness and Hellness

Most of us often think about wellness in terms of physical health, healthy nutrition, exercise and an active way of life, weight management, etc., but is so much more. Wellness is conscious and inclusive, positive and affirming. It’s a complex of mental, physical and emotional health as well as broader more esoteric aspects of life satisfaction such as happiness. How we think about wellness is affected by our culture and our life experiences. Physical Wellness is not just the absence of illness but a way of lifestyle including healthy habits such as regular exercise, routine medical exams, adequate sleep, balanced diet, healthy relationships and thoughts and generally a healthy mind. Is about to discover and adopt which healthy habits make you feel better. Is about to starting suit them to your lifestyle and to your level of mobility and fitness.

People often think that wellness is difficult to achieve and trying to reach ‘’ wellness’’ you reach ‘’ hellness’’. It is not. You can start motivating your mind and change your life habits starting from yourself for yourself. Change becomes much more achievable if you pay attention to who you are and insert routines that take advantage of your strength and aptitudes. Start with self-love and self-respect. Include truly yourself to your activities like you’re  the main character to this fairytale.

You can create the overall wellness by activating the dimensions of well-being: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, environmental and social.

Physical is about to caring for your body to stay healthy now and in the future.

Emotional is about to feeling positive and enthusiastic about life and managing your emotions in a constructive way.
